**The role**:
We are seeking to engage a Desktop Support professional that has demonstrated experience in performing Level 1 and Level 2 tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Desktop Support Level 2
- Service Desk support
- Focusing on Windows 10 Desktop support (AD admin, Exchange admin).
- Conduct site visits
**Requirements**:
- IT certifications
- Ability to keep up with IT advancements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent comprehension skills
- Clean driver's license
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Immediately available
