Are you an experienced EA seeking a short-term role that will keep you motivated, energised, and supply those funds before your upcoming getaway?

Perhaps you are a contractor or on a Working Holiday Visa and hoping to fill in the gap before your next position. If so, keep scrolling.

This will be an 8 week assignment to support the Director of the business whilst his permanent EA is overseas from mid June until mid August.

Although this is a temporary role, you'll be welcomed into this business family and be able to take on all senior support duties as though they were your own. The current EA has allowed plenty of time for training and will be leaving an entire 'bible' of information

You'll love a challenge, be focused on outcomes and pride yourself on being able to run a million things at once.

This exceedingly-motivated and hard-working Entrepreneur is in need of a highly-skilled Assistant to handle the high-level administrative component of the deals from when the investor first signs the contract and the search commences, through to the settlement of the investment property.

This is not your ordinary EA or admin support role, there is no diary management, minute taking or intense scheduling of his time; he is actually quite self-sufficient on those things himself. What you'll be doing is operating in true partnership with him as he facilitates top-level property transactions and supports investors to increase their personal wealth portfolios.

There is a rule and reason for doing everything therefore, you'll love a list and enjoy creating structure out of chaos

**The nuts and bolts**:

- As to be expected, when working with a highly driven Entrepreneur who has laser focus on the end goal, you'll need to be comfortable to work at pace - and need to submerge yourself into his way of thinking which is all around matching incredibly impressive properties with savvy investors.
- Working from Google Docs which are updated daily, you'll be across all new deals and liaise with the Director throughout the day as changes are made.

Although this is a temporary assignment, due to the level of growth the business is experiencing your contributions during this short stay will be vital. Exposure to the real estate industry supporting a sales agent, or a personal love of property and investing or finance will be advantageous in order to hit the ground running.
