The EA Agency are exclusively recruiting on behalf of an artist and curator, whose practice sits at the intersection of transformation and cultural provocation. Day to Day, you'll be across

  • Managing complex and ever-shifting diaries across multiple projects and time zones.
  • Coordinating local and international travel—sometimes at a moment's notice.
  • Handling correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
  • Supporting institutional commitments alongside ambitious artistic practice.
  • Overseeing personal administration and private support duties, ensuring life runs as smoothly as work.
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, anticipating needs, and removing "white noise" before it reaches your principal.
  • Occasionally assisting friends and family with ad-hoc requests.

You'll Need

  • Experience supporting high-profile individuals, creatives, or entrepreneurs is highly advantageous.
  • You'll need to be agile, switched-on, and unflappable, able to pivot seamlessly between personal and professional demands.
  • Discretion is paramount, as is the ability to navigate sensitive matters with tact.
  • Need to travel at a moments notice

Location

This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne, but you'll need to spend at least one week each month in Hobart (with additional ad-hoc travel as required).
