Founder | Entrepreneur - IFD Program (Australia) Note: This ad is not for a job but for the opportunity to explore a different kind of entrepreneurship **Are you in Australia, and**: - an employee, fresh graduate, or graduating student who is seriously considering becoming a founder but do not know how to start; or - a founder that is looking for a hard reset (starting from scratch and not simply "pivoting"...no on-going business, team and investor commitments) and wanting to do entrepreneurship differently from the typical VC way of building ventures; and - very open to learning new ways of long-term problem solving while managing high levels of uncertainty, complexity and the vagueness. Then we may invest in you and help you build your new business as you could be part of our growing Founder community. **About Reapra** Launched in January 2014, Reapra is a future industry builder and investment group based in Singapore and Japan with a strategic focus on developing sustainable businesses. Reapra's mission is to co-create new industries that have a positive impact on society, by integrating research and practice together. All applicants are required to go through a discernment process called Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) before being considered for investment. This is not a formal interview. Instead, it is a deeper discourse and reflection on your personal background that goes beyond careers and entrepreneurship before being tied back to what is critical for you in your career decisions and shaping your future business. Duration: Estimated 3 months or more depending on progress Time Commitment: 1-2 hours a week, in person or online **Benefits** We invest in your new company at a Pre-Seed Round starting at SGD 50,000.
