**About this role**:
Located in Melbourne’s inner-city fringe, this internationally renowned architecture studio requires a professional and personable individual who can adapt to the ever-changing needs of a studio environment. This role will be highly varied, fast-paced, and interesting with a lot of client interaction. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, share reception duties, and provide personal assistance to the practice's partners.**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Managing reception duties
- Handling studio calendar management
- Serving as an OHS Representative
- Monitoring and approving leave requests
- Personal Assistance:

- Managing diaries, travel bookings, reservations, and event registrations
- Coordinating cultural projects, presentations, and events
- Conducting research tasks, preparing documents, and assisting with proofreading and editing
- Maintaining an up-to-date CRM database
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the studio as directed
- Managing petty cash, catering, and procurement of studio supplies
- Contributing to the overall practice culture and associated activities

**Skills & Requirements**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to research, gather, analyze, and communicate data effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive under strict deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead a team
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Passion for design and the ability to thrive in a creative environment
