An exciting opportunity to join a well-respected and established Architecture & Urban Design Practice. This role will see you taking ownership of the day-to-day operations of the supportive, creative and collaborative Melbourne studio.

If you are a proactive and motivated individual passionate about providing excellent administrative support within a creative setting, we would love to hear from you.

This role will see you responsible for:

- Provide administrative support to the Directors and wider studio team
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with supplies and manage office maintenance
- Assist with project administration tasks and maintain quality assurance procedures
- Maintain accurate lists of staff, clients, and consultants
- Welcome guests and visitors, answer phones and respond to calls professionally
- Manage the receipt and dispatch of mail, couriers, and submissions
- Ensure the health and safety of staff by managing incident reporting and being knowledgeable about emergency procedures
- Maintain the overall appearance of the office and make sure it presents a positive impression
- Coordinate events, catering, hospitality, accommodation, and transport as needed

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
