Our client is an innovative leader in the digital finance space, driving change in how Australian financial advisers approach cryptocurrency investments. They are bridging the gap between traditional financial services and the rapidly growing digital asset market, offering tailored solutions to help advisers integrate this exciting asset class into their client strategies.
They’re looking for an experienced and driven **Head of Partnerships** to lead their market expansion, build meaningful relationships, and scale their **Adviser Partner Program**. You’ll be at the forefront of the business, using your industry expertise to drive growth and develop strategic partnerships with financial advisers, accountants, and SMSF trustees. This is a key leadership role with a strong focus on execution, relationship management, and team-building.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing partnerships team.
- Develop and implement a market strategy to engage financial advisers and build partnerships.
- Drive the onboarding and integration of advisers into the **Adviser Partner Program**.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to the leadership team.
**What You’ll Need**:
- At least **10 years of experience** in financial services, with a strong business development track record.
- An established network within the financial adviser and broader financial services community.
- Knowledge of **blockchain technology** and cryptocurrency is highly desirable but not essential.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage a results-driven team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
