**In this Head of role, you will..**
- Develop a dynamic contracting framework that balances strategic commercial negotiations with the agility needed to accelerate partner acquisition and drive rapid growth
- Design and implement seamless operating rhythms that drive efficiency, ensuring strong momentum in partner acquisition and ongoing management for long-term success
- Develop an innovative acquisition strategy that maps out robust pipelines and delivers a compelling approach for engaging and negotiating partner agreements, unlocking exciting new collaborative payment opportunities
- Leverage the expertise and collaboration of teams across Merchant Services and NAB to drive impactful outcomes and bring strategic initiatives to life

- Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact business partnership referral programs across diverse partner networks
- Strong expertise in transactional banking or payments acquiring to drive success
- Demonstrated success in B2B and third-party sales, driving strategic partnerships and business growth
- Established history of building and leading high-performing partnership functions that drive growth and collaboration
