Your Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Partnerships to join our team and lead 3 strong verticals within the TikTok Global Business Solutions Team - FMCG, Healthcare, Beauty & Auto; Food & Beverage, Catering; and Media & Entertainment. The Head of Partnerships is responsible for the day-to-day management of our Industry Leads and are leaders of Client Partners and Client Solutions Managers. In addition, Head of Partnerships are required to develop the sales strategy and lead the growth in the FMCG, Healthcare, Beauty & Auto; Food & Beverage, Catering; and Media & Entertainment verticals.

The Head of Partnerships is responsible for establishing and leading key partnerships between TikTok and our top-tier brands and Agencies; and leads the long-term growth of each Key Account within their dedicated verticals. The Head of Partnerships will own and nurture relationships with our Industry Leads and XFN stakeholders; with a secondary focus on key relationships with C-suite clients to drive revenue for the TikTok business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enhance TikTok's relationship with key advertisers, with a focus on developing relationships at the C-suite level
- Work closely with Industry Leads to define brand account plans to unlock investments and drive their business key performance metrics
- Deliver a plan to penetrate various brand organisations and verticals that drive alignment. Influence executive and day-to-day contacts to execute these plans
- Create persuasive sales narratives to help the team leverage market trends and case studies to position TikTok positively
- Partner with colleagues and cross-functional partners to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives - developing account plans, synthesizing market related data, leading client analysis and defining the overall business approach to TikTok’s success with digitally focused businesses
- Partner with product teams and all cross-functional teams to guide organizational efforts towards stronger business outcomes that reflect market needs
- Design and execute both scaled and focused market engagement tactics
- Frame client opportunities and challenges to enrol cross-functional support
- Own forecasting and accurate client analysis to support team planning
- Exceed sales goals for yourself and your Industry Leads
- Hone in on relevant trends and opportunities in order to craft business cases that support any new requests and/or changes that alter product vision/roadmap

**Qualifications**:

- 15+ years of experience in Ad sales marketing & development, or a sales-related support function
- 10+ years experience in leading and managing a team
- Ability to coach sales leaders with proven success
- Deep experience in driving brand and performance outcomes through media strategy and strong conceptual understanding of the synergistic role of media platforms
- Demonstrated success leading and deploying the full mix of media and creative solutions
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics
- Demonstrated experience of working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with analysing data and delivering insights
- Bachelors degree or tertiary equivalent qualification in marketing, advertising, technology or media field
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
