About the role
We’re seeking a Team Coordinator, to provide support to two General Managers for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Risk. This role will also support their leadership teams and other senior internal & external Stakeholders.

Day-to-day, you will:- Coordinate meetings across different states, preparing presentations, reports and collaborating with senior internal and external stakeholders- Provide support to the General Managers, their teams providing administrative assistance and will be responsible for a range of administrative support functions across the business unit- Support teams in onboarding new staff, including technology, set up of systems and coordination of induction-related activities- Adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly across different areas of the business unit- Provide logístical support for cyclical events such as Yearly Performance reviews, Employee Survey Action Plans, Team Meetings, etc.- Support workplace safety by complying with OH&S policies, procedures, site regulations, and induction
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- Experienced personal or executive assistant gained in a corporate environment- Great communication and interpersonal skills - ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously- Strong customer focus and a team player, applies initiative in the workplace.- High level of maturity and professional presentation- Proficient in report and presentation production with advanced Microsoft Office skills.
