What you’ll achieve
As a DFS Inside Sales Account Manager, you are responsible for building strong customer relationships, ensuring a great customer experience and expanding market share with existing and potential customers.

You will:

- Achieve or exceed sales and profitability KPIs. Increase volume and penetration rate of leasing within Dell
- Work closely with outside sales representatives and partners to devise new and innovative solutions to business opportunities
- Coach, train and develop Dell Internal and External Sales Representatives, leaders, and executives to the standards set by DFS
- Viewed as a trusted business advisor to the customer and partner and uses in-depth knowledge of company technology, products and services to help customers and partners formulate strategy and direction
- Produce business forecasts as required by line manager and execute sales campaigns accurately and promptly

Essential Requirements
- 2+ years of prior experience in asales role with proven track record of achievement in a dynamic, target driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with self-management
- Ability to provide coaching to peers and build strong relationships, while still being a strong team player and manage time effectively and prioritize key tasks with a strong customer focus
- Knowledge of financial products (e.g loans, financial and operating leases)
- Degree qualifications in a Bachelor of Business or similar field
