Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of a Project Coordinator supporting the ERP Transformation Program include, but are not limited to:

- Project Development with Security & Compliance Integration: Collaborate with the Project Manager in the creation of project management documents (budgets, schedules, scope statements, project plans), ensuring security and compliance requirements are considered and integrated from the outset.
- Administrative & Governance Tasks: Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks (managing invoices, purchase orders, inventory reports) with an understanding of relevant security and compliance implications.
- Secure Project Procurement Support: Assist in supervising the project procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of necessary resources while considering security aspects and vendor due diligence.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Security Requirements Definition: Participate in meetings with project clients to understand their needs, define project requirements, acceptance criteria, and timelines, while also identifying and documenting specific security requirements.
- Resource Allocation with Access Considerations: Coordinate the allocation of project resources, ensuring appropriate access levels are considered and aligned with security policies.
- Monitoring Project Progress & Security Milestones: Assist Project Managers in tracking project progress and team performance, providing updates to stakeholders, and monitoring the implementation of security-related milestones.
- Collaboration & Communication with Security Focus: Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to ensure security requirements are seamlessly integrated into ERP processes. Leverage your experience to communicate security risks, issues, and best practices to relevant stakeholders.
- Access Control Management & Governance: Manage user account administration, ensuring only authorized personnel have appropriate access to sensitive data and functions within the new SAP environment. Implement and enforce access control policies and procedures, drawing upon your experience with user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role modifications.
- Security Configuration & Maintenance Support: Assist in ensuring that security settings within the ERP system are correctly configured and maintained. This includes user access controls, role-based permissions, and data encryption, leveraging your understanding of SAP security configurations. Participate in the regular review and updating of security configurations to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
- Secure Resource Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they receive necessary security access and training. Manage the offboarding process to ensure timely and secure revocation of access and proper handover of responsibilities.
- Secure Journaling Submissions: Oversee the submission and documentation of project journals, ensuring sensitive information is handled securely and in compliance with relevant policies.
- Financial Reporting with Compliance Awareness: Assist in financial tracking and reporting, working closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project expenses, budget allocations, and financial forecasts, while being mindful of compliance requirements.
- Business Engagement with Security Advocacy: Act as a liaison between the project team and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle, while also advocating for and reinforcing security best practices.

To effectively support the ERP Transformation Program, the following skills are required:

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with project managers, project sponsors, stakeholders, and the project team.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Project coordinators must possess strong problem-solving
- skills to address issues, challenges, and different types of problems that may arise during the project.
- Change Management Skills: Adaptability to changes in project plans and the ability to manage variables that may require adjustments to the original project plan.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, including time management, delegation, planning, goal setting, and decision-making, are necessary for effective project coordination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
