As **CMATS Program Coordinator** you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CMATS Program Manager within the CMATS Delivery team and OneSKY product delivery stream. The role adds value by providing effective, consistent, accurate and timely support across all administrative and support activities.

You will work closely with the CMATS Program Manager, other project administrative support officers and all the members of the OneSKY Leadership team to ensure that there is a consistent approach and purpose in all work undertaken to achieve group and business outcomes.

**You will**:

- Provide comprehensive range of administrative support to the CMATS Program Manager and direction to CMATS project coordinator.
- Assist in all programs related activities: Work closely with OneSKY vendor's program coordinator, maintain program registers: program action, risk and issue registers, assistance with program correspondence, program reporting and program finance tracking in close collaboration with CMATS team, PMO, Finance and Legal and Commercial teams.
- Assist in procurement/contract administration (SAP ARIBA) across the CMATS including responding to basic queries and escalating issues where necessary.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Demonstrated experience in performing administrative duties, including the production of written material and accurate data processing.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, set and review priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively while remaining flexible to changing circumstances.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
