Payroll Manager | Southbank location with working from home options | $95-$110K + Super

**Your new company**
Our client is looking for a payroll manager to manage a dynamic team of 8 employees. They are looking for someone with a background in payroll and understands the process end to end. This is a great opportunity.

**Your new role**
- Managing a team of 8 employees
- Handling confidential customer Information and following the Security protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Lead a team of Payroll Officers - develop, motivate, and engage them
- Assist with complex payroll matters, eg. GL, month end, payroll tax, superannuation reconciliations, Bonus calculations etc.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- End to end payroll knowledge
- Supervisor or team leader experience would be a bonus
- Have a great attitude and positive mindset for your team
- Ascender experience would be a bonus but not essential
- NZ and/or Australian payroll experience
- Great customer service skills
- Great at multi-tasking
- Flexible, adaptable and growth mindset with the ability to work effectively and independently, while maintaining a high level of enthusiasm
- Excellent Knowledge around processing, reconciling and validating payroll data
