There are two dedicated Program Support Officer roles within the RCSU which share responsibility for the delivery of the following workflows: - Provide administrative support across the delivery of key RCSU programs such as the counselling and psychological care program and the delivery of direct personal responses, as well as assistance toward the work of the Truth, Healing and Reconciliation Taskforce and Forde Foundation as required. Undertake financial management activities including the payment of invoices in alignment with approved budgets; data entry across a variety of systems, ensuring the integrity of data for reporting purposes; processing remunerations and travel acquittals for board members, as well as monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc financial reporting requirements and budget forecasts. Book travel and accommodation for both staff and participants in the Scheme, as well as organising catering and booking venues as required. Undertake human resource and establishment management processes including reconciliation of workforce reports, processing establishment paperwork as required, preparing induction paperwork and updating induction manuals for new starters as well as separations when necessary. Develop and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with staff of the branch, as well as other internal and external clients and stakeholders. Respond to enquiries and provide advice in a professional, sensitive and solution-focused manner to ensure objectives are achieved. Maintain accurate and consistent information documentation and retrieval systems for public records, including iDOCS, MINCOR and web content. Work with the Senior Business Officer to develop an understanding of work priorities and goals, to identify opportunities for business improvements, and to maintain effective business processes which meet legislative, policy, corporate governance and audit protocols. Provide general administrative support to the unit, assist with research and projects, and any other reasonable duties as delegated by the Director or the Senior Business Officer.Applications to remain current for 12 monthsThis work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
