We are currently recruiting for a **Relationship Support Officer **to complement our Client Relationships team in Brisbane.

This role will be responsible for providing administrative support for our Relationship Associates and Relationship Managers including assistance with the preparation of presentations, client collateral, meeting arrangements, reporting, travel, and accommodation arrangements, and other administrative duties as required.

You will play a pivotal part in contributing to the delivery of both B2B and B2C services by administrating RemServ’s key relationship management and education processes, documents, and communications. This role is the conduit between RemServ and our site contacts to increase our lead generation via allowing access to their employees through both digital/onsite education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and publish various business documents, onsite marketing materials, and presentations, along with working with RemServ’s Business Intelligence to develop regular and ad hoc performance reporting
- Co-ordinate the digital education activities and marketing communications across a range of Clients and their sites
- Provide contract management support, including business case analysis, documentation, and communication
- Maintain all client-related data on our CRM platforms, along with related documents and correspondence
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and develop recommendations for review
- Provide ongoing business admin support for the Client Engagement team, including meeting action items and documentation, and communications with internal and external stakeholders

**What are we looking for?**
- Extensive experience working in administrative roles
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and with competing deadlines
- A proactive mindset with exceptional organisational capabilities, work ethic, and attention to detail
- Strong hands-on knowledge in MS Office along with experience in any CRM platform (Salesforce or Microsoft)
- A high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised in achieving outcomes
