How you'll make an impact:
In this role, you will use your passion for building relationships and delivering solutions to support the Client Relations team in delivering the best possible service to our clients. You will anticipate clients’ needs and provide appropriate financial solutions to give our clients every chance of success.

What you'll do:

- Provide outstanding client service and support via multiple communications channels.
- Support security validations to ensure ongoing accuracy in lending decisions.
- Monitor customer trends though data analytics.
- Assist the Client Relations team with monthly portfolio reviews.
- Assist in the credit oversight and review process.

What you’ll bring with you:

- Customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Previous experience in banking & finance preferred but not essential.
- Strong ability to work as a member of a collaborative & supportive team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong capabilities in numerical literacy and financial analysis.
- Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Demonstrates outstanding initiative and problem-solving prowess.
