The Customer Relationship Support Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive efficient, effective, ethical and confidential administrative and business support for the Customer Value and Engagement Team. The role is the first point of contact for various stakeholders across the organisation, Queensland Health and other external stakeholders.

**The role**:
The role is responsible for providing a range of support and administrative services to facilitate the delivery of business operations and to support the Director and Customer Value and Engagement Team's achievement of organisational objectives.

**In addition to this, you will be responsible for**:

- Provide a range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of the team in a manner that ensures compliance with Queensland Health's administrative policies.
- Respond to and resolve complex enquiries and issues to ensure the provision of accurate information, and the timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
- Develop, implement and monitor office systems, procedures and methods, adapting processes and techniques as required, to facilitate efficient team/unit operations in line with agency standards, policies and procedures.
- Gather and collate information for, and prepare documentation and reports on business unit performance, as well as make recommendations to improve efficiency, cost management and service delivery.

- Experience in supporting the implementation of systems improvement initiatives and the introduction and roll-out of new technologies.
