As the Team Coordinator to the Legal team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of technical administration support to assist with the management and resolution of disputes.

This will be a **permanent** position commencing **ASAP** based in the **Adelaide** office, with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Arrange and coordinate meetings for the team members, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain shared team calendars and manage annual leave calendars.
- Ensure relevant dispute records are maintained
- Manage incoming correspondence to the team from legal providers and the SAET
- Support with the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Update systems and other trackers on a regular and accurate basis
- Conduct daily referral of files to legal providers
- Compile agendas for meetings and managing room bookings

**ABOUT YOU**
- Advanced competency in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
- Superior time management and organisational skills to direct and prioritise own responsibilities and workflow
- Customer Service and/or Office experience
- Experience of providing high quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment
