**Your new role**

Your new role as Service Coordinator/Operations Support Specialist will join a newly created team reporting to the Operations Support Supervisor. You will be part of a small, busy team responsible for duties not limited to:

- Service Coordination of Field Technicians
- Dispatching and scheduling technicians to customer sites
- Daily invoicing
- Raising of purchase orders
- Data entry
- Customer service and general administration

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in the role, you will need demonstrated experience in coordinating/scheduling field technicians/trades in a fast-paced environment, as well as:

- Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
- Ability to work between the hours of 7am-6pm on a rotating shift roster (8 hours per day)
- Experience in data entry and analysing data
- Experience working with MS Office - Excel
- Knowledge of Pronto/Salesforce or other ERP/CRM systems will be highly regarded
- A customer-centric focus
- Technical aptitude to pick up the industry and role quickly
- Familiarity with KPI targets
