**Summary**

Are you a Project Coordinator, keen to learn in time to manage small projects and join our inclusive Adelaide team for 12 month fixed-term contract initially.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Manager - Projects Services SA/WA. This role will see you support two Senior Project managers with keeping all related coordination tasks and processes running smoothly. In time, this role will allow you to develop and grow, enabling you to have capability to run small projects too.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordination activities including
- Financial billing, resourcing, equipment and project reporting/ monthly reconciliations.
- Liaise with Project manager and clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
- Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedules and budget.
- Monitoring and tracking project’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
- Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Lead the delivery and governance of Minor Projects

**About you**
- Previous Project Coordination and Administration experience, including working with financially billing and reporting/ monthly reconciliations
- Hands-on experience, supporting Project Managers in the delivery of development projects
- Exposure to resource management, accounting systems, reporting systems, business processes
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Familiarity with project methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBOK
