A great opportunity for an experience Practice Manager/Team Leader to join a busy federal government agency operating in the health space.

**About the role**:

- Liaising and engaging with clients, providers, and the broader community
- Ensuring efficient facilities management including new staff onboarding, providing access, assets management, health and safety processes, etc.
- Ensuring compliance and management of staffing registrations, training, and clinical certifications.
- Assisting practice managers and other clinicians in ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks.
- Systems and software management including multiple inboxes, billing, and customer/client records.

**About you**:

- A clinical environment, including a basic familiarity with health care processes and practices.
- Extensive customer service experience and confidence in dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- You can produce high quality correspondence with excellent communication and literacy.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities in a busy office environment

**Benefits**:

- ASAP start pending Federal Police Clearance
- 12-month temporary assignment with possibility of extension
- Brisbane CBD Location, close to all major public transport links
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
- $47-$50 per hour + super
