We are seeking an experienced **Practice Manager with a background in the dental industry** to lead one of our flagship centres in **Brisbane CBD**. This is a **full-time, permanent opportunity**, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a supportive work environment with real flexibility - including the option of a 9-day fortnight.

**About the Role**

As Practice Manager, you’ll play a vital leadership role overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre. You’ll provide direct support to the clinical and reception teams, ensuring smooth service delivery and an exceptional experience for every patient.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Leading daily operations and supporting a cohesive, high-performing team
- Managing and mentoring Dental Assistants and Receptionists
- Driving financial performance through effective budgeting, invoicing, and cost management
- Ensuring excellence in patient care, safety, and satisfaction
- Maintaining clinical compliance with all regulatory and practice standards
- Building strong relationships with patients, Dentists, suppliers, and health funds
- Meeting performance targets and managing staff rosters to align with business goals

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Previous leadership experience in a dental or medical setting is highly regarded**
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop team members
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing KPIs and rosters
- Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
- A passion for customer service and creating positive patient experiences
