**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Commercial Bid & Contract Manager to join the UCaaS Strategy & Commercial team in Melbourne.

**What you'll do as a Commercial Bid & Contract Manager**:
You will be defining, managing and reporting the commercial deliverables within our customer contracts. This includes owning the bid work on tenders, ensuring the deliverables in existing contracts are met, meeting with customers to support commercial and governance requirements, owning customer price books, managing subcontractors, managing supplier orders and supplier programs.

You will also monitor tender services and evaluate likely opportunities based on their fit with the UCaaS business unit capabilities and strategy. You will have the opportunity to build a team over time to ensure the deliverables under this role can be meet, often with fixed deadlines and complex deliverables.

**Qualifications**:
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Solid experience in tendering and contract management with Enterprise and Government customers, ideally a minimum of 5 years
- Strong commercial acumen together with risk management skills
- Proactive with a sense of urgency
- Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis
- Ability to manage both internal and client relationships, with clear and precise communication
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Understanding of Telecommunications is a plus
