**About the role**
We are on the lookout for a
**Strata Support Consultant **to join our
**Strata Support **team in

**Objectives**:

- Confidently manage customer expectations about critical tasks and responsibilities.
- Specialise in processing Levy Arrears, where you are responsible for issuing reminder notices, monitoring payment plans, transferring lots to debt collection agencies, and running reports.
- Provide excellent customer service by being informative, courteous, and professional to all internal and external customers.
- Ensure that exceptional customer service is maintained, and complaints are resolved proactively.
- Ensure that all data is entered into our systems accurately and promptly.
- Become technically proficient in using our customer relationship management system (CommunityHub), contact centre software (Genesys Cloud), and other software systems to perform tasks and answer queries.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What makes you stand out from the rest?**
- Ideally, you have at least one year of customer service experience in a professional services industry such as insurance, financial services, real estate, etc.
- You have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- This role requires a high level of attention to detail, a good grasp of basic math, the ability to multi-task, a sound understanding (or ability to learn) of the levy process, and a high level of resilience.
- Cert III level education is preferred but not required.
- You’re known for your exceptional data entry and document administration skills.
- You’re a natural communicator and always ensure that stakeholders are informed.
- You tend to identify problems quickly, understand the customer service workflow, and focus on solutions.
- You make effective use of multiple technology systems and software. (Contact centre software, CRM, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
