We are currently looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for sales across all market segments.

The successful applicant will have previous experience driving sales, sourcing new clients, maintaining existing relationships, maximising sales and increase occupancy through networking, promotions and marketing.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Management role, with strong exposure to Corporate, Entertainment, Government and Public Segment Sales as well as broad understanding of other segments
- Experienced, successful and passionate about meeting sales targets and KPI's
- Have established networks
- Strong sales conversion skills, able to negotiate commercial outcomes and hungry to secure new business
- Passion for managing and maintaining key accounts
- Team player, great personality and passion for boutique hotels and the service that matches the quality of our product
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a dash of charm
- Success in selling via lead generation and cold calling
- Experience in conducting familiarisation and site inspections at the property
- You will have a 'can do' attitude and understand what it takes to achieve the best results and provide an unforgettable experience for their clientele
