At The Roosevelt, we're seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to play a pivotal role in planning and executing diverse events at our iconic venue.

**About the Role**: As the Events Coordinator, you'll collaborate with clients, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless event execution. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and adept multitasking abilities to proficiently manage various facets of event planning and coordination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand event requirements, preferences, and expectations.
- Plan and coordinate logístical aspects for successful execution.
- Oversee on-site event execution for a smooth experience.
- Work with the marketing team to promote and attract new clients.
- Maintain accurate records and provide post-event analysis.

**Additional Duties**:

- Coordinate functions across the venue with various configurations.
- Work closely with Venue Managers and Head Chef for a cohesive experience.
- Booking reservations, coordinating group bookings, and managing functions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for social media content.
- Plan and develop function menus twice a year.
- Promote, plan, and organise special activations monthly.
- Assist other management staff in the restaurant when function spaces are not being utilised.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum three years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
- Demonstrated experience in the sales process and end-to-end function coordination.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- RSA certificate.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Advantageous to have prior experience with SevenRooms.

Full-Time Salaried Position that requires availability to work evenings and weekends.

Salary range $65,000-70,000
