Based in Sydney, this role reports to the Head of Performance and collaborates with our broader digital and technical teams to deliver end-to-end digital strategy.

**What Are We Looking For?**
- **Experience** in building and executing direct response campaigns and communicating performance outcomes.
- **Client-Facing Skills**: Ideally a digital marketing or strategy background with the ability to understand business goals and technical constraints.
- **Digital Marketing Expertise**: Proficiency in social media, paid search, and display channels, with a track record of continuous improvement and digital roadmap management.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

**Responsibilities**
- **Digital Strategy**: Coordinate strategies for Tier 1 and international clients, focusing on multi-channel digital campaigns (social, search, remarketing, programmatic).
- **Data Analysis**: Analyse large data sets to provide actionable insights.
- **Client Service**: Own client servicing and campaign analysis to drive user insights and campaign improvements.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead clients’ WIPs and quarterly reviews for campaign alignment and growth opportunities.
- **Content and Creative Development**: Contribute new ideas for digital campaigns and lead A/B and multivariant testing.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 4 years in a digital role, ideally within a marketing agency or client-side team.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Microsoft) and Adobe Creative Suite (desirable).
- **Data Skills**: Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills with attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
