**What’s the role?**
- During the early launch phase, a core function will be to proactively monitor the performance and optimisation of customer self-serve campaigns, helping to improve Platform technology and knowledge (i.e. creating FAQs)
- Lead the optimisation of programmatic, social and search campaigns for key advertisers
- Ensure full delivery and performance standards of advertising campaigns are met
- Adhere to appropriate SLA's
- Inform business initiatives to improve and innovate the customer experience and performance of the platform
- Respond to triaged campaign-related queries. Troubleshoot underperforming or under delivering campaigns and discrepancies
- Engage and partner with SEM, social, programmatic and other Platform vendors to keep across the ever changing landscape
- Collaborate with Customer Excellence teams to improve campaign performance, make recommendations to achieve campaign goals

**Who you are**
- Extensive experience working in digital advertising and on performance channels including SEM, Social, and Programmatic
- Have a wealth of experience with ad-serving technology
- You thrive working in a team environment and collaborating with others to solve problems and deliver exceptional work
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Be organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrate ability to make data lead decisions while articulating information to internal teams and customers in a concise and compelling manner
- Be proactive and engage with your team members, have a ‘can do’, positive and flexible attitude
- Excellent listening skills to understand our customers and other teams’ requirements
- Have experience with reporting & data visualisation tools
- Calm under pressure and an ability to maintain positive energy while working in fast-paced and evolving environment
