Head of Performance & Digital Media | Strategic Leadership Opportunity

A leading independent agency is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee its performance and digital media function. This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape the agency's digital future, drive measurable outcomes for clients, and lead a high-performing team across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels.

About the Role

  • This is a senior leadership position where you'll:
  • Provide strategic leadership across all performance media disciplines, ensuring alignment with broader business and client objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital media specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across key platforms including Google Ads, Meta, DV360, and The Trade Desk
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver integrated, data-driven solutions
  • Drive automation, AI adoption, and martech integration to enhance efficiency and performance
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear client communications

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive experience in performance media leadership, ideally within an agency or multi-brand environment
  • Deep technical expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic platforms
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (GA4, GTM) and dashboard development
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage senior stakeholders, and deliver business growth
