About the role:
The Workplace Experience Manager plays a key role in creating the best workplace experience for all employees, clients, visitors and new starters. This role will identify and monitor the key touchpoints in a typical working day. Working closely with the Help Pod and the Safety & Wellbeing Specialist, the Workplace Experience Manager will drive the creation and ongoing delivery of the best possible environment for innovative collaboration and a sense of belonging at 530 Collins Street.

The Manager looks for opportunities to develop an environment that contributes to creativity, fosters belonging, pride and creativity to unleash untapped potential in our people.
- Ensuring the seamless delivery of new starter on boarding, visitor services, urgent assistance, technology assistance and facilities support, both at the Help Pod desk and throughout the workplace.
- Collaboration with key stakeholders to continuously improve services, establish best practice and respond to changing needs and demands.
- Develop and maintaining excellent relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, including keeping up to date of changes within the organisation.
- Providing insight to support the embedding of the ways of working
- Oversight and coordination of all facilities related agreed matters and works; undertaken by building landlord, vendors, suppliers or contractors
- Manage tenancy lease and liaise with building management to ensure all requirements are adhered to
- Available on an on-call basis as a respondent to physical workplace emergencies and non-standard situations
- Manage the Safety & Wellbeing functions for Momentum Energy across the business both the Victoria and Tasmanian Operations

About you:

- Solid experience in workplace management roles either in-house or with a property services firm.
- Experience in managing a “front of house” service;
- A strong background and passion for engaging guests and providing exceptional customer service;
- Demonstrated ability to lead experience - led service provision; and
- Demonstrated ability to build a cohesive, effective team.
- Excellent customer focus and the ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and manage multiple services to achieve outcomes
- A collaborative approach with the ability to build effective partnerships within own team and across the organisation;
- Problem solving skills with a high level of attention to detail, the ability to analyse issues logically and to deliver value‐adding business outcomes
- Flexible and approachable, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to deal tactfully, calmly and effectively with a wide range of people from within and outside the organisation; and
- Focused on delivery to deadlines and high standards through tenacity and dedication to continuous improvement
