Service Coordinator

Diplomatik is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Service Coordinator** to join one of our valued clients based in Bibra Lake. This is a **permanent, full-time position** with an immediate start, offering the chance to play a key role in a thriving and reputable company.
In this role, you'll oversee a diverse range of responsibilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the **Service, Parts, and Rental Department**. You will work closely with the WA Operations Manager and State Manager to drive performance and profitability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and coordinate daily service jobs for the Field Service team.
- Receive, prioritize, and log service calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Keep customers informed of service status and job progress.
- Plan and schedule preventative maintenance (in collaboration with the Service Admin team).
- Assist in parts planning with the Spare Parts Coordinator.
- Coordinate subcontractors for internal and external service support.
- Ensure service technicians meet a 2-hour response time for urgent breakdowns.
- Maximize technician efficiency and service job completion.
- Provide service sales quotations and support the Parts Coordinator as needed.
- Maintain and grow Retail Service Customers (Customer-Owned Equipment).
- Keep all staff and technicians’ trade licenses, safety cards, first aid, and site inductions up to date.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Proven experience as a Service Coordinator.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug, and alcohol screening.
- Strong leadership, customer engagement, and communication skills.
