**About the role**

Working an 8:6 roster, our Village Managers are the face of our everyday operations and oversee a team Leads who look after Housekeeping, Kitchen and Maintenance staff.
- Supporting staff and offering a welcoming and comfortable work environment
- Ensuring Safety policies and procedures are met and liaising with the correct departments when required
- Employee management and performance reviews
- Assisting with rostering and scheduling
- Follow all safety policies and procedures and relay this to your team
- Oversee safety meetings and pre-starts
- Oversee everyday operations of the camp

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Previous experience managing a mining village is essential
- Strong time management skills to ensure project schedules are met
- Strong knowledge of Safety in a remote environment
