**The Opportunity**

This role will be working on an 8/6 roster.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of the mine site village, including accommodation facilities, recreational areas, and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of village assets.
- Safety leadership
- Employee Mentoring and coaching
- Budget management

**What is required**
- Electrical Trade Certificate / Knowledge and experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in village or facility maintenance, preferably in a mining or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and a demonstrated commitment to promoting a safety-first culture.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching employees to enhance performance and promote professional growth.
- Ability to develop and implement maintenance programs and strategies.
- Proficient in budget management and cost control.
- Familiarity with maintenance planning and tracking.
