We are looking for people who are interested in working as a Village Operations Allrounders. Duties will include but not be limited to, mine site cleaning, camp cleaning, kitchen hand, bar work and grounds keeping. **We reward you with industry leading remuneration, bonus, employee share scheme and other benefits.**

Please note the roster for these roles are 2 weeks on, 1 week off.

**Accelerate Program**

Our specialised in-house designed and delivered 4 week program will provide you all the training and skills you need to be successful in your role. The program includes:

- an introduction to Mining and Safety at MinRes
- an introduction to village operations and MinRes: our values, our purpose and our vision
- our mandatory site inductions and training to ensure your safety

**About you**

You will be a positive team player, passionate about providing and good service and experience with a focus on safety. Your willingness to learn and to be agile to requirements to support your team will support your success

As part of the recruitment process you will be required to provide and undertake Reference checks, Australian work rights, National police check and a pre-employment medical.

We will be holding regular monthly recruitment assessment sessions commencing in October. Successful applicants will undertake a specialised in house 4 week training program prior to commencing on site.

At our recruitment session or during your interview, you will receive an insightful overview about MinRes - our journey so far and our vision, you will have a chance to participate in group activities, and meet our recruitment team and hiring managers through interviews.
