**About the role**
We have an opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to be part of our Client Services & Engagement, Technology Command. The Service Desk Analyst provides a rang of quality ICT call centre services at NSWPF customers to support the efficient operations of NSWPF business. ICT Service Desk, a part of business and technology Services Command, is the first line in providing quality business technology support to NSWPF.
