**The Opportunity**:
We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team due to an internal promotion. Based in our state-of-the-art Parramatta office, you will take on a pivotal role, supported by a collaborative team of professionals. Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, your key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the management of faulty, damaged, or new computer hardware inventory.
- Executing computer rebuilds and new deployments to ensure equipment is primed and ready for use before employee onboarding.
- Coordinating repair jobs with computer equipment suppliers and overseeing on-site repairs.
- Ensuring strict adherence to regulations and company policies to maintain compliance.

Your passion for the ICT sector, along with your demonstrated experience in a Help Desk environment, will be pivotal. You should possess a diverse skill set covering:

- Familiarity with the ITIL service management framework.
- Knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN)
- Proficiency in hardware installation, encompassing computers and printers.
- Expertise in Windows 10 or later.
- Adeptness in analysing and troubleshooting recurring trends, delivering effective solutions.
- Ability to prioritize and escalate issues based on critical need.
