**About Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO)**

The Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO) is a statutory body established under the Aboriginal Housing Act 1998 (NSW) to ensure Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have access to affordable, quality housing.

The AHO is governed by an all-Aboriginal Board, which provides advice to the Minister for Housing in NSW. In addition, the AHO manages and coordinates an annual capital works program, along with developing and implementing financial and resourcing strategies

**Your role**

The IT Service Desk Lead - Ngamuru is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality customer relationship management throughout the organization and the ACAP sector. This role ensures that the Ngamuru Support Desk provides efficient and accessible support for all associated functions.

**What you’ll do**

As part of the Ngamuru Support Desk (Facilities & Systems team), you will:

- Support the implementation and operational use of the rent calculator by ACHPs (Aboriginal Community Housing Providers)
- Oversee the backend operations of the rent calculator, ensuring regular updates and maintenance.
- Provide ongoing support for rent management, maintenance requests, and digital property inspections.
- Facilitate the management and triage of housing pathway requests through interim solutions.
- Implement and manage support mechanisms for issues related to the Tenant Mobile App.
- Deliver comprehensive support for various system facets and operational processes related to Ngamuru.
- Assist the Sector Governance team with PPF-related activities and annual reporting.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of data support, including data loading, integrity, and compliance.
- Provide reporting and analytical support to the business and external stakeholders.
- Respond to and assist with various ad hoc enquiries related to reports, data integrity, and governance.

You'll work as part of a diverse team of 5 staff who are tech savvy and passionate about providing exceptional support to AHO stakeholders. You will be working in an agile work environment.

**What we’re looking for**
- Ability to travel across NSW as required.
- Experience working with Aboriginal organisations.
- Experience with ICT service desk and SaaS vendor management functions.
