**The Role**
Navy Communication & Media (NCM) are seeking a Web Administrator & Content Writer to be part of our team.
The duties of the APS5 Web Administrator & Content Writer are as follows:

- Create content to promote effective communication with the intended audience in accordance with Navy’s Mission, Business Objectives and Communication Strategy.
- Support Web Manager with the delivery of web projects, including the selection of imagery to illustrate web pages.
- Assist with the delivery of tasks and activities which are focussed on continuous improvement of the website.
- Monitor Navy Webmaster inbox and assist with the operational tasks and triage website support requests under limited direction.
- Understand service delivery expectations, take responsibility, work collaboratively as an effective team member and seek guidance from the Web Manager to ensure service standards are met.
- Build and maintain strong client management relationships with stakeholders, understanding their desired outcomes and manage expectations.

Navy Communication & Media (NCM) are a specialist, blended team which deliver the Navy Communication Strategy against Chief of Navy’s strategic priorities.

We provide strategic communication advice, coordinate communication effects, and manage media engagement across Navy.

NCM works collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver impactful communication activities and products.

We are seeking an individual with demonstrated interpersonal, customer service and relationship-management skills and the ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders to identify, respond and provide advice on issues to achieve work unit and Navy outcomes.

Be able to understand or have the ability to acquire knowledge of the principles of website content management in GovCMS Drupal platform.
