**Your new company**
You will be working within a fantastic team, based in the Hurstville area, close to transport links and flexibility to WFH 2 days per week and flexible start and finish times.

**Your new role**
- You will be a genuine Partner in the P&C team to the wider business, involved in the development, implementation and review of best practice HR policy, strategy, processes and procedures.
- Providing strategic and operational HR and IR/ER advice and consultancy.
- Partnering across the business, fostering strong relationships with various client groups to deliver innovative solutions and effective outcomes for the business and our people.
- Be hands on in the delivery of contemporary human resources and industrial/employee relations
- advice and consultancy, including Award interpretation, and other relevant legislative advice.
- Assist in the design, develop, delivery, and facilitation of learning and development solutions relevant to people and performance.
- Contribute to the P&C team’s quarterly metrics reporting with coordination and administration of people and performance related metrics, providing analysis to track effectiveness of strategies and activities to drive continuous improvement.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have extensive experience in HR - both strategic and operational - at a senior level.
- You will have qualifications in HR Management, Industrial Relations or related field.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service, continuous improvement, learning, EEO, Workplace Health and Safety and ethical principles and practices.
- A positive and engaging approach, and enjoy a balance of strategic and operational HR.

**What you'll get in return**
Minimum 3 month Temporary assignment with potential for extension.

35 hour work week, with possibility of a 9 day fortnight if you choose.

Flexible start and finish times, with a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 remote.
