Position Summary
The primary purpose of the GenesisCare P&C Systems Partner is to undertake system enhancements, configuration, implementation and testing activities and support. The role is also responsible for supporting the systems maintenance, upgrades, changes, and cyclical programs.
Responsibilities and accountabilities include:
- Functional consulting and delivery of solutions in Workday to meet business requirements-
- Support the cyclical processes including but not limited to performance reviews (goals setting, mid-year reviews, end of year reviews), Remuneration cycle, EBA increases- Maintaining central RAIDs logs, reporting as required and SOPs-
- Support optimisations, projects, integrations and implementation of additional modules- Develop test scripts and complete testing for new functionality workday upgrades. Develop processes, systems, and Standard Operating Procedures to support System Administration activities- Work with the P&C team and business managers to maintain the integrity of current P&C data- Deliver training on new roll outs and functionality as well as to new regular users- Maintain security roles and audits in the HRIS- Support key projects and remediation activities- Build and schedule Workday reports as and when required- Share Workday knowledge and best practice methodology with P&C Systems team members to reduce reliance on third party vendor and develop in-house knowledge- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills- Demonstrable experience supporting change management programs- Continuously improve system capabilities and audit data for consistency and accuracy- Other duties as required to support the P&C Systems team and end-users
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- An in-depth understanding of Workday architecture and essential knowledge of various modules (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Advanced Comp, Security & Sysadmin)- Workday certification in Workday HCM or other modules.- Experience across various modules including Learning, Performance & Talent, Absence and Integrations are highly desirable- Comfortable working with HR data and ability to analyse and problem solve people information- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills- Experience in process documentation- Ability to work independently whilst also establishing effective relationships with colleagues in other locations- Ability to prioritise and work effectively in a high pace environment with competing deadlines- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills- Sound knowledge of troubleshooting and testing system integrations- Knowledge of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements is desirable- High level organisation, time management and planning skills- Strong written and verbal communication and high attention to detail
