The People, Sustainability & Culture (PS&C) business unit within AMP is accountable for the delivery of human resource services. As a Reward Consultant, you will assist in facilitating key activities, conversations and moments with PSC&C business partners (BPs), leadership cohorts and employees in managing AMP's remuneration, recognition and benefits programs. **How you will make an impact** - Supporting the Head Remuneration and Reward, and the Senior Manager, Reward, you will assist the Remuneration and Reward (R&R) team with the operational execution of key cyclical remuneration activities, including the annual remuneration review, managing AMP's job architecture (evaluations, grading, salary ranges), remuneration benchmarking, market data survey submissions, data analysis and project work. - During the annual remuneration review cycle, contribute and support the team by updating business rules for fixed pay budgets, incentive allocations, performance outcome matrices, and job architecture. This includes updating communication resources and guides, conducting data testing, configuring the remuneration system. - Manage stakeholder queries related to the annual remuneration review processes. - Assist with the annual gender pay equity data analysis and support the Senior Manager, Reward, in communicating outcomes to PS&C business partners and business leaders. - Co-administer the employee benefits and recognition programs. **What you will bring to the role** - Ideally at least 4 years of experience in advising and delivering remuneration and benefits policies and practices in financial services. - Outstanding analytical and modelling skills: intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - An excellent understanding of remuneration frameworks, job evaluation methodologies, and salary benchmarking techniques. - An ability to analyse data, present insights clearly, and build relationships with stakeholders as a reward expert is essential. - Stakeholder engagement skills, with demonstrated experience in supporting PS&C business partners during annual remuneration reviews. - Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Commerce, Finance, Legal, or related fields. A continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail are essential. We value resourcefulness and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to issues through to resolution.
