**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

Our Client based in inner-western Sydney, is looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join the team. As a mid-sized Council servicing over 40,000 residents in the LGA, you will be expected to demonstrate your strong communication skills and previous experiences in a HR position.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

An initial 6 month contract. Your role as a P&C BP is to provide strategic leadership and advice to Council. You will support managers in their roles as leaders and provide clear P&C information, alongside assisting the implementation of multiple P&C projects.

**DUTIES.**
- Foster working relationships with business unit managers
- Employee relations, remuneration and benefits, WH&S, change management and learning & development
- Assist with Worker's Compensation and RTW coordination duties as required
- Interpret employment legislation and industrial awards

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary qualifications in HRM or relevant
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant role
- Previous experience working for Local Council
- Experience and skills in P&C and WHS policy and procedures reviewal
