**The Company**:
Our client is world class provider of innovative building products specifically designed for the Australian market. Part of a successful family-owned group that was founded 60 years ago in Europe, they now have a presence in over 120 countries around the world and are considered a global leader in their field. With local autonomy and the freedom to act to satisfy their customers' needs, they have doubled sales in the last 5 years and are on track to double again in the next 5 years. Due to this rapid growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their Customer Operations team and contribute to the continued success of the business.

**The Role**:
In this crucial role, you will act as the face of the company and be the critical link between customers, production and suppliers. Your primary function will be to ensure on time project delivery in line with customers requirements and provide an excellent customer experience.

**Duties will include**:

- Create and process orders into production
- Determine and prepare job schedules in line with customer requirement
- Create materials, allocate parts & price to that material
- Review & check all BOMs
- Provide sales and administration support to the estimating and sales team
- Manage, maintain and coordinate the production schedule
- Control inventory movements between warehouse, 3PL sites and distributors
- Issue picking slips for stock to shipped
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalates where required
- Raise credits/claims/returns/faulty requests upon requirement
- Ensure all reports are accurate and updated, Issues, Backorders & Additional parts.
- Coordinate and organise delivery of products
- Seek quotes for transport & book transport
- Complete billing and provide to customer upon completion

**Your Profile**:
You are a passionate and high-energy professional, who has proven experience in a similar Project Coordinator role, ideally within a manufacturing/production environment. You will be a strong and confident communicator and have the ability to multitask and reprioritise when business demands are changed. You love going above and beyond when partnering with your customers to provide exceptional service and have the ability to build long-lasting, trusted relationships. Prior experience with SAP is essential.

In addition, you are a self-motivated and reliable team member and enjoy taking ownership of your work and proactively managing your workflow. Your positive approach and high level of flexibility will see you succeed in this exciting opportunity with this rapidly growing, international icon in their respected field.
