As a Group Fitness Manager, you will have the ability to **train your own PT clients at our clubs rent-free**, meaning you can **earn income through personal training, weekly paid group classes, and guaranteed paid admin hours**.

You will also play a key role in **promoting our group fitness classes** through **social media marketing and community engagement**, ensuring that members stay motivated and involved in their fitness journey. Regular **check-ins with instructors and personal trainers** will help refine our programming and ensure the highest level of member experience.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

- **Overseeing and developing the group fitness timetable**, ensuring a well-balanced, engaging, and in-demand class schedule.
- **Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring instructors** for a variety of classes including Functional Training, HIIT, Boxing, Yoga, Mat Pilates, and more.
- **Strategizing to improve class attendance and retention**, using data and feedback to adjust and refine the schedule.
- **Building relationships with personal trainers and members**, creating a strong group fitness community.
- **Promoting classes through social media marketing, in-club promotions, and digital engagement strategies** to drive participation.
- **Holding regular meetings with instructors and PTs** to enhance class delivery and ensure alignment with the club’s overall fitness vision.
- **Leading by example, running weekly group fitness classes**, and setting the standard for excellence in coaching and member engagement.
- **Managing the group fitness budget and resources**, ensuring efficient operations while maximizing value for members.

What We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of **industry experience, leadership skills, and a true passion for fitness and wellness**. We are looking for someone who is **self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and ready to take full ownership** of group fitness across multiple locations.

Ideally, you will have:

- **Cert III & IV in Fitness**:

- **Current First Aid & CPR certification**:

- **Working With Children Check (WWCC)**:

- **Previous experience in the fitness industry**, particularly in group fitness class instruction and schedule management.
- **A strong ability to strategize and problem-solve**, using data and trends to optimize class performance.
