Product Manager

**Product Manager: Product Group Existing (PGE).**

Based in Frenchs Forest NSW, Australia.

Focused on the technical and online administration support of D&D’s existing product portfolio and processes.

At **D&D Technologies**, we design and manufacture high-performance gate latches, locks, and hinges trusted across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Our **MagnaLatch®** is the original magnetic safety latch, and today our products are sold worldwide — backed by the strength of the **ASSA ABLOY** group.

We’re now looking for a **Product Manager** to concentrate their time on taking responsibility for the holistic management of D&D’s existing products.

This role will focus on building long-term relationships with other **Departments** and being responsible for the management of our existing products - ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on ownership, and understands how to communicate effectively across the company.

**What You’ll Do**
- Effectively support a cross functional team to execute the company’s Internal Request Notification/Engineering Change Request / Engineering Change Notification (IRN/ECR/ECN) policy and procedure.
- Effectively manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond using LCA.
- Through market research you will garner customers feedback and requirements.
- Effectively support D&D product developed portfolios including polymer, metal & electronics.
- Manage D&D Technologies’ Product Sustainable Packaging activities.
- Possess an awareness of ISO and the importance of managing ISO documentation regarding our existing products.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering or of a related field and/or the equivalent in Product Development experience.
- A proactive and persistent mindset, with a comfort in working independently as well as being an integral part of a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working within a project management environment, with exposure to working within a manufacturing company an added bonus.
- Willing to learn from and to teach others with discovered research.
- Conscious of our company culture and the image that the company portrays.
