**About the role**:
Our people are the heart and soul of our business. Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a Production Manager to join our TVSN Broadcast & Talent Team.

You will be pivotal with our strategic broadcast decisions and will manage the flow of product samples and information to team. You will work closely the Producer and Director teams and other key stakeholders, to elevate the execution of TVSN’s live shows. The ability to forward and future plan the process of events and show is critical.

**What you can expect to do**:

- Supporting live production to maximise sales and profit
- Recruitment and management of model talent to represent our brands and categories in both TV and online areas to ensure maximum sales return for TVSN and brands.
- Managing product samples via suppliers and merchandising team to support presenter and model knowledge/preparation.
- Active collaboration for developing strategies for presenters to promote products/brands to support product launches and events for online and TV.
- Planning with Producers, Directors and Presenters for new product launches.
- Work strategically with Producers, Directors and Presenters to prepare and rehearse for events and new brands.
- Rostering and scheduling all relevant departments of the TVSN’s live shows
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers, guests and internal stakeholders
- Administration of invoices and timesheet

**What we need from you**:

- At least 5 years of experience of working in a busy live TV environment with talent, producers and directors.
- Proven leadership capabilities and meticulous organisation skills.
- High level communicator capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organised, with a flexible ‘Can Do’ approach
- A great team player
- A hunger for learning
