**Locations**
- **Northern Beaches Hospital**: Suite 13, Level 6, 105 Frenchs Forest Road W, Frenchs Forest
- **The SAN**: Suite 502, SAN Clinic, 185 Fox Valley Road, Wahroonga
- **Peninsula Cardiology Group**: Suite 503, 20 Bungan Street, Mona Vale

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and oversee business operations for our cardiologists, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
- Manage practice systems, billing processes, and end-of-day accounting with precision and attention to detail.
- Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy while ensuring a positive, respectful, and seamless patient experience.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, Cath labs, Medicare, and health funds.
- Transition the practice toward a paperless system, enhancing efficiency and sustainability.
- Monitor safety, quality, and risk compliance in alignment with National Safety & Quality Health Service Standards.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in practice management or senior administrative roles in healthcare.
- Strong financial management and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern healthcare software.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and excel in a busy environment.

**Essential Requirements**
- Unrestricted driver’s license.
- Current police check.
- Availability to work across multiple locations as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
