Join us as ELSE Service Coordinator (Contracts) for the Service Division in Electrification Business Area where you will be managing service agreement contracts (Power Care Agreements), ensuring all contract management activities such as administration, coordination, reporting and billing, are executed in accordance with the relevant business directives and instructions, including company procedures and the contract management framework. Reporting to Service Operations Manager and this position will be based in Notting Hill, Australia.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Supporting and commenting to legal review, commercial and technical offer terms, and conditions
- Assisting service operations manager and solutions manger in identifying specific contract actions and notifications to meet contractual requirements during the execution of the project
- Monitoring cost plans and reporting any deviations. Preparing periodic status report and monitoring agreement deliverables, coordinating in scheduling to meet scope requirements, including accurate executed hours reporting and managing against banked hours if applicable
- Conducting enquiries into specific (sub) contracts problems, as assigned and assisting in the preparation of periodic status reports
- Organizing materials for the preparation of meetings, presentations, and training sessions and preparing status reports of contract agreement performance
- Supporting operations team with workload and overflow in areas of booking and billing, logistics, procurement, and service coordination
- Operating within the policies and procedures for each business area deliverables
- Complying with health and safety directives. Modeling and promoting safe work behaviors in all aspects of business and actively identify potential risks to support mitigation and improvement
**Your background**:
- Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration and/or Legal Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Basic finance knowledge and commercial aspects of business
- Keen knowledge of financial reporting with ability to track project costs vs plans
- Strong attention to detail, highly flexible and demonstrable problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail
