**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Project Coordinator to join our Shopfit Services Division, which focuses on delivering high quality shop fitting services to the retail market. The main focus of the role is to support the Business & Project Managers in delivery of projects to completion.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Receive drawings & distribute to trade contractors for pricing
- Prepare ‘Scope of Works’ document for each trade for quoting
- Ensure timely return of trade contractor quotes in order to meet estimating timelines
- Submit all prestart documentation to retail landlords.
- Ensure relevant council approvals and all statutory licenses have been issued
- Collect & submit all close out documentation & certificates to retail land lords prior to store opening
- General administration duties as required by Client or Senior Management
- Vet trade contractor quotes to ensure consistency
- Attend and participate in weekly Project Planning Meeting providing accurate project updates as required.
- Submit all prestart documentation to retail landlords.
- Raise & issue purchase orders
- Assist manager with daily project related follow ups

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Prior Administration experience
- High levels of computer literacy (including Microsoft Excel, Project, Outlook and Word)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Qualification in Shop Fitting, Project Management or Building and Construction highly regarded, however not essential.
